At Qafkart, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/video of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Important: Please record an unboxing video when opening your package, as it may be required for damage or missing-item claims.
